Return & Refund Policy
At VIRUTCHAM COCONUT AND ALLIED PRODUCTS, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if the product delivered is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photographs or other supporting evidence to process your claim.
2. Refunds
Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Initiate a full or partial refund to your original method of payment, or
- Provide a replacement product, based on your preference and product availability. Replacement/exchange would be delivered in 3-5 days for non perishable foods only. For perishable food we only provide refund no return and exchange.
- Refund time: Refund will be credited to source account in 10 business days.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned without prior communication
